Service Description
Whether you’re working long hours, heading out for the day, or away overnight, our pet sitting and drop-in service offers the perfect solution. We provide personalised care in the comfort of your pet’s own home—reducing stress and keeping their routine just the way they like it. Choose from flexible hourly visits, full-day stays, or overnight care—all at a flat rate, no matter how many pets you have. From feeding and cuddles to walks and playtime, we’re here to keep tails wagging and whiskers twitching while you’re away. All pets welcome - fur, feathers or scales! Let your pets stay happy at home—with a trusted, qualified professional who treats them like family. Before your booking begins, we'll arrange two free meet and greet sessions to get to know you and your pets. These visits typically last 30 minutes to 1 hour and give us a chance to discuss your pet's routine, preferences, and any special requirements. It also helps your pets feel safe, comfortable and familiar with us before their care begins. All prices are the total for that time frame! For example: 1 week (7 days) is £280 which is £40 per day. For week/fortnight bookings that includes a minimum of 6 hours per day being spent with your pets, whether that's playing, fussing, walking them or just keeping them company. This can be all in one sitting or spread throughout the day/night. If you would like overnight stays during that time there will be an extra charge of £15 per night. Remaining balance can be paid by card, bank transfer or with cash. This needs to be paid 24 hours before your appointment for week/fortnight stays or on the day of your booking for day stays and less.
Cancellation Policy
To secure your booking, a non-refundable deposit of £10 is required. This deposit will be deducted from your final payment. Bookings will only be confirmed once the deposit has been received. Pricing Hourly Drop-Ins: £15 per hour 2 Hour Drop-Ins: £25 Day Sits: £50 per day Overnight Stays: £60 per night Week Stay (7 days): £280 (£40 per day) Weeks Stay (14 days): £532 (£38 per day) Discounts Discounts are available for working pet households and clients on low income. Please contact us to discuss eligibility and details. Cancellations & Changes Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred to another booking date if given at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service will forfeit the deposit. Any changes to booking dates or times must be communicated as soon as possible and are subject to availability. Additional Information Prices are flat rates per booking regardless of the number of pets in the household. Special requests or additional services may incur extra charges; these will be discussed and agreed upon prior to booking.
