Refund Policy

At Pixel Paw - Microchipping & More, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your order, please read our Refund & Return Policy below to understand the steps to take.

 

 

1. Returns

  • Eligibility for Returns:
    You may return eligible items within 14 days of receipt of your order. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.

  • Custom-Made Items:
    Custom-made items, including engraved pet tags and personalised products, are non-returnable unless they are faulty or damaged upon arrival. Please double-check all customisations before placing your order.

  • How to Return an Item:
    To initiate a return, please contact us at pixel.pz.uk@gmail.com within the return period. Include your order number, a description of the item, and the reason for the return. We will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to return the item.

 

 

 

2. Refunds

 

  • Eligibility for Refunds:

       Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of              your refund. If your return is approved, a refund will be issued to the original              payment method within 7 business days.

  • Refunds for Damaged or Faulty Products:
    If your product arrives damaged or faulty, we will offer a full refund or replacement. Please contact us immediately at pixel.pz.uk@gmail.com with details and photos of the damage. If the item is faulty due to a manufacturing error, you will not be responsible for return shipping fees.

 

 

 

3. Non-Refundable Items

 

The following items are non-refundable:

 

  • Custom or personalised products (unless damaged or faulty).

  • Gift cards or other digital products.

 

 

 

4. Exchanges

 

We do not offer exchanges for items. If you would like a different size, colour, or product, please follow the steps for returning your original item and place a new order for the replacement.

 

 

5. Shipping Costs

 

  • Return Shipping Fees:

       You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or          defective upon receipt.

  • Original Shipping Fees:
    Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund amount.

 

 

 

6. Damaged or Defective Items

 

If your item is damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will provide a full refund or replacement and will cover return shipping costs for defective or damaged products.
