Pixel Paw - Microchipping & More provides professional microchipping services and personalised pet products, including engraved tags and lead hooks.

2. Booking Appointments

  • All services must be booked in advance via our website, social media, or by contacting us directly.

  • Please ensure that the information you provide at the time of booking is accurate and complete.

  • We reserve the right to decline or reschedule appointments when necessary (e.g. due to illness or emergencies).

3. Cancellations & Refunds

  • You may cancel or reschedule your appointment up to 24 hours in advance with no charge.

  • Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a cancellation fee.

  • Custom-made items (e.g. engraved tags or lead hooks) are non-refundable unless faulty or damaged upon arrival.

4. Microchipping Services

  • All microchipping is carried out by a qualified implanter in accordance with UK animal welfare regulations.

  • It is your responsibility to provide accurate pet and owner details for registration with the relevant microchip database.

  • We accept no liability for issues arising from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the client.

5. Personalised Products

  • We aim to engrave products exactly as requested. Please double-check spellings and formats before submitting your order.

  • Once your item has been engraved, it cannot be changed or refunded unless an error was made by us.

6. Liability

​While we take every reasonable precaution, Pixel Paw is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from misuse of our products or failure to follow aftercare instructions.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including images, text, and product designs, is the property of Pixel Paw and may not be used or reproduced without written permission.
