1. Order Processing

 

 

  • All orders are processed within 3 business days of receiving your payment.

  • Custom-made items (e.g., engraved lead hooks) may require additional processing time, typically 5 business days.

  • Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the following business day.

 

 

 

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

 

 

  • We offer  Royal Mail, Standard Shipping (tracked 48) & Priority (tracked 24).

  • Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected:

    • Standard Shipping: 2-3 business days (UK).

    • Priority Shipping: next business days (UK).

  •  

 

 

 

3. Shipping Costs

 

 

  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order, your shipping address, and the selected shipping method.

 

 

 

4. Shipping to International Addresses

 

 

  • Currently, we only ship to the UK, but we're hoping to ship internationally soon.

 

 

5. Order Tracking

 

 

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number (if applicable) to monitor your delivery progress. Please allow up to 1 business days for tracking information to update.

 

 

 

6. Lost or Damaged Shipments

 

 

  • We are not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen items during transit. However, if your order is lost or damaged, please contact the carrier directly and/or notify us at pixel.pz.uk@gmail.com.

  • If your order arrives damaged, please take photos and contact us immediately to resolve the issue.

 

 

 

7. Address Accuracy

 

 

  • Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at the time of checkout. We are not responsible for any issues arising from incorrect or incomplete address information provided at the time of ordering.
