Service Description
Mobile microchipping service is where I come to you to save you the hassle & stress of having to travel with your pets or litters. I am qualified to chip dogs, cats, ferrets & rabbits. I will happily talk you through any questions you may have in regards to the procedure, how to register the chip or any other concerns you may have. One you're happy, I will then implant the chip into your animal/s. The cost is £10 for a single animal. Discounts offered to 3+ pets, working pets & people on low incomes (proof will be required).
Cancellation Policy
🔹 Deposits & Payment A £5 non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. The deposit is deducted from the total cost of the appointment. Remaining balance is payable on the day via cash, card, or bank transfer. 🔹 Pricing 1 pet: £10 2 pets: £20 3 pets: £28 4 pets: £37 5 pets: £45 Working Animals: £8 each All prices include DEFRA-compliant microchip implantation. Registration fees will apply with Animaldata when you log on to register the microchip to you. 🔹 Cancellations & Rescheduling You can reschedule or cancel up to 24 hours before your appointment with no penalty. Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice or missed appointments will result in loss of the deposit. To make changes, use the link in your confirmation email or contact us directly. 🔹 Late Arrivals Please arrive on time. A 10-minute grace period is allowed. Arrivals later than 10 minutes may need to be rescheduled and the deposit forfeited. 🔹 Mobile Appointments Ensure your location is safe and accessible. If we cannot safely carry out the service, the deposit will not be refunded. Pets must be secured (within your home) during the appointment. 🔹 Additional Info All animals must be present and ready at the time of your appointment. Owners should have necessary ID or pet details available if required. By booking, you confirm you’ve read and agree to this policy.
